Over the last 2 years, I have had quite a few people tell me I should start a blog or become an influencer. LOL actually though, that would be super awesome but I’ve NEVER been THAT girl, at least on the outside. I’m what I call an “extroverted introvert”: I can be super social in most settings but I always need some quiet time to recharge and reload for maximum fabulousness. The thought of always being behind a camera or having social pressures put on me to post makes me anxious.
However, for as long as I can remember, people have been asking my opinions on products, fashion choices, styling outfits, food inspo, fitness things and what not. I figure that it’s about time I embrace my strengths, accept the challenge and live a little, so without further ado…

Let’s get to know each other a bit!
5 Things About Me
- I ran a fashion blog in college (under a fake name, so don’t go looking!) where I would sneak time between classes and write my opinions on current or upcoming fashion trends. I can’t even tell you what website hosted it or where it is today (probably for the best lol) but this isn’t my first rodeo.
- I used to do concept photoshoots using my computer as my camera. I would then edit the photos, and keep digital folders as a record. I still have them, and you might see some of the pictures pop up here every so often (some of them might already be on here..heheheh)
- I wanted to become a makeup artist. I LOVE helping people look and feel their best, and it brings me immense joy to see others feel good about themselves. While I dreamed of working in bridal makeup, I also wanted to donate my time to volunteering in women’s shelters. I had hoped to create my own initiative that would provide makeovers to women going to job interviews and such. Even though that’s not the career path I chose (WAHHHHH) I still have such an intense passion for makeup and fashion that I find other ways to showcase and embrace it, mainly by having a second closet. Oops…..
- I collect vintage fashion and have been collecting since my teens. Many of my pieces are from my family members, which is what sparked my love for classic silhouettes, well-tailored pieces and timeless beauty. As a result of this, I absolutely despise fast fashion and it can go die a very painful, cheap death.
- Shoes make or break an outfit and my collection is extensive, stunning and (mostly) affordable. If I’m ever wearing flats to a remotely nice event, someone check my temperature and get me some help. Being short has its perks, and getting to wear heels is one of them.
- Espresso is life. That is all (extra but relevant).
I’m sure more things will come up eventually but I think these are the most important for now.

With love and fashion,
KM
